    Shipping & Returns


    Delivery times are based on the number of business days from the time your order is placed.  Please factor in holidays and weekends when estimating the arrival of your package.  Orders are shipped from the US and as such, holidays within the US does not count as a business day.

    When you place your order you are entering into a contractual agreement for your order and we will proceed with charging your indicated payment method and delivering the products and/or services.


    We will gladly accept unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise.  Mail the item with the original sale receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn.  Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.

    If the product you receive is remarkably different than what was advertised on this website, or if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us using one of the methods outlined in the Contact Us section.

    To Make a Return

    • Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
    • Enclose a completed return form. (Included with original packing slip)
    • Ship the item using the provided return label or you may ship the item using your carrier of choice.


    Refund Process and Timeframe

    • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
    • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
    • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
    • If the provided return label was used, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

    NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer.  Shoevega.com is not responsible for returns until they are received.
